During 2019, Kate worked at British Asian Trust as Interim Director of Fundraising whilst they recruited to the permanent role.
As part of the senior leadership team, Kate worked closely with the CEO and Executive Director to secure support from the South Asian Diaspora. She helped to build the capacity of the fundraising team, created a new HNWI Fundraising Strategy and introduced new ways of working to strengthen supporter relationships.
